A race against time to meet urgent needs. We happen to have a 60Nm3/h oxygen generator in stock We provided photos and videos to customers to prove stock.
The customer provided their site layout plan, which needs to be arranged in an L shape. As the connecting pipes are hoses, which can fully meet the needs of customers.
Finally, the customer arranged the full payment.
They often source from China and have their own forwarder. The entire shipment and customs clearance was done by the referee.
After-sales service:
They received the bulks but replied that the filling row was missing.
Due to a large number of containers at that time, the delivery staff did not take pictures to keep them. We arranged to express expedited delivery and afford the shipping fee by ourselves.
Another problem encountered was that we sent them two 30Nm3/h oxygen boosters. They didn’t know how to connect. We created a loop that includes customers and engineers. Based on the parts received, instruct them on how to install them step by step.
Finally, the oxygen generator runs successfully.
