Before production:
For the air compressors and air dryers, they designated Atlas Copco. In addition, they needed customized containers with their logo outside.
They arranged a third party to audit our factory after receiving our proposals. They inspected whether our production workshop、 manufacturing process and assembly are standardized. We provided all the documents, like acceptance criteria for raw material procurement、product quality inspection report、supplier investigation and evaluation form、workshop management system、production schedule、customer feedback form, and so on.
After successfully passing the third-party on-site inspection, the order was finally signed.
In production:
Due to Covid-19 in Shanghai, Honeywell’s molecular sieves cannot be produced. We bought another brand. After the comparison of our experimental data, the customer accepted the alternative brand. We provided a video of the filling amount and purity, and the customer confirmed that there was no problem.
Production completed:
The customer arranged a third party to test the purity、flow rate and configuration of each set. After inspection and confirmation one by one, they signed on the acceptance certificate.
Delivery:
They have their own shipping forwarder. We only shipped those to the port.
